A short, plain-English note on how this works and how your information is looked after. If someone invited you or gave you a link, they run this workspace and are your point of contact for anything here.

Using it

This is a tool for submitting and managing business expenses. Some parts use AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to read receipts and suggest values, and currency conversion uses live exchange rates. They do most of the work for you — just give the figures a quick look before you rely on them, since an AI can occasionally misread a receipt.

Your information

It isn’t used to train AI. When you use the AI import, receipts are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API under a formal data-processing agreement (DPA), and by default Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
What we hold. The expense details you enter, your name and email, and the receipts you upload — used only to record, review, invoice and reimburse expenses.
Who sees it. Your workspace administrators and the people in your own organization who have access. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Kept securely. Held on managed cloud infrastructure behind access controls, for as long as the business and accounting need requires.
